About

Before I had a name for it, I knew the “medicine” lived in the silence between words, in the rhythm of the natural world, in the crevices of my body. My path began not in a clinic, but in the “wild”—listening to what my body and the land were teaching me.

I created Primordial Medicine as a response to the disconnection I saw all around me—disconnection from our bodies, from the earth, from spirit, from truth. My work weaves spiritual practices with somatic work to help people remember what they’ve forgotten and to use their innate body wisdom to reckon with, heal, and alchemize the parts of themselves that are holding them back from experiencing true joy, love, and embodied authenticity.

I am trained in trauma-informed somatic work, ritual healing, rites of passage work, yoga, reiki, and earth-based practices. I am also about to enter my final year of Somatic Therapy school—but more than anything, I am a witness to true, profound healing. I hold space for the traumatized, messy, chaotic, painful, mystical, and magnificent parts of the collective. I am able to do so after healing a staggering amount of pain, trauma, addiction, and abuse that my system was holding on to.

I am not a service, but IN SERVICE to the divine and collective healing. Primordial Medicine is a revolutionary remembering. If your soul is tugging at you, if your body is asking to be heard, if the ancient ways are whispering—you're already halfway here, and I can't wait to walk alongside you.

I reside on Northern Paiute land. I am an archetypal mother. A daughter. A land stewardess. Animal lover. Sober. Advocate. Capricorn Sun. Leo Rising. Gemini Moon.
