For those ready to commit to nervous system healing and sustained growth. This 3-month container is designed to support deep transformation through consistent somatic work.

Community Access Sessions: I offer a limited number of $60 single 1 hour somatic healing sessions each month for up to 4 people with financial need, with priority given to folks who identify as BIPOC, queer, trans, or belong to other marginalized communities.
