The Body as Threshold
Chrysalis is an 8 week unfurling for those who are ready to slow all the way down, step into the fire of creation and tend to the spark of transformation from within the vessel of their being.
Within the dark expanse of our cocoon, we return to ourselves. Beneath the contortion, beneath the armour, beneath the expectations, we are all longing to remember our truth and be set free. We have been taught to experience the world as just a fraction of who we truly are. Conditioned to numb, to hide, to perform, using only a fragment of our expansive and limitless potential.
Nestled in the landscape of our inner experience, we awaken. We open. We fly. We become alive to the mystical yet material, grounded yet transcendent, ancient yet present, potential of our lives. Chrysalis is both a soft place to land and a wild torrent of possibility. A mossy bed to uncoil and rest; a compost heap of fertility breaking through modernity's cage.
An immersion that lives on beyond the container
Chrysalis is a lifeway.
This immersion blooms with rich contextual education and practices that can be integrated into life with ease and with enough variety and flexibility to make the content work for and with you.
We’ll journey into nervous system science, PNIE cycle education, symbolic language, and quantum perspectives on relationality, healing, and coherence to empower and build our capacity to be with the fullness of this human experience.
From this fertile mound, we’ll delve into emerging and ancient frameworks of interconnectedness, Somatic Dreaming™, and coherent embodiment to reimprint a lifeway that feels authentic and alivening.
What We’ll Explore
SOMA
Practices that support nervous system flexibility, coherent embodiment, felt safety, and authentic conscious choice.
PSYCHE & SYMBOL
Somatic dreaming, archetypal exploration, imagery, memory, and the language of the unconscious.
PNIE EDUCATION & Developmental Physiology
Learning how the nervous system, hormones, immune system, emotions, and lived experience influence one another. Learning how our somatic shape is created (and what to do to change it).
Alchemy
Quantum, energy work, and neuroscience are woven into a structural framework for lasting change.
CREATIVITY & AWE
Journaling, movement, art, storytelling, longing, and imagination as pathways into aliveness.
RITUAL, CEREMONY & Community
Practices that invite grief tending, transformation, witnessing, and connection. Moving beyond isolation into authentic shared human experience.
Deep Somatic Education
Chrysalis meets you where you are at. It is for both the newly forming bud and the seasoned wild rose. It will expand us deeper into the ‘why’ beneath our patterns, limiting beliefs and reactions and take us into the imaginal world of possibility.
Together, we will explore:
how lived experience shapes the nervous system
the relationship between the brain, body, hormones, emotions, immune system, and stress physiology
somatic dreaming and the symbolic language of the body
how trauma, adaptation, and culture shape our “somatic shape”
ritual and imagination as pathways for transformation
practices that support greater coherence, spaciousness, and embodied choice
Chrysalis is open to all kind-hearted folks and is not a certification or teacher training. It is an experiential educational container for beings who want to deepen their relationship with themselves and the world around them, becoming better wild lovers, future builders, courageous creatives and earth family members.

Meet Your Guides
Alli Rune, (she/her)
Somatic Guide, Ritual Facilitator, and Founder of Primordial Medicine
My relationship to the body began right out of the womb.
I was born with spina bifida, and much of my life has been shaped by a deep curiosity about embodiment, healing, adaptation, resilience, and the intelligence of the body.
For more than a decade, I have immersed myself in embodied healing work, studying and practicing across somatic therapy, nervous system healing, ritual, symbolic process, relational repair, creativity, and mythopoetic exploration.
I created Primordial Medicine as a response to the profound disconnection I saw all around me and as an invitation back into deeper relationship with the body, the earth, spirit, animals, and more authentic ways of being.
Amy Danu (she/they/ki)
Amy is a trauma-transformation clinical somatic and movement therapist, sexologist, erotic ecologist, EcoSomatic practitioner, artist and ceremonialist, supporting those she works with to drive social change through a meaningful relationship to the web of life. Drawn to myths as maps, Amy’s activism moves through the body as an art form, curiously communing with the landscape of earth, soma and the liminal, casting shadows of oral storytelling, movement, craft, collaborative exploration and ritual, to spark the possibility of a regenerative and deeply loving worldview. She is the Founder at Of Earth & Eros, a place dedicated to helping folks working at the edge of a dismantling paradigm to explore the healing power of nature, soma, environmental and social justice, land-honouring practices and eroticism as life force.
